Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at TN Sweden. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within our core segments, including restaurants, small shops, and larger retail stores.
  2. You will build relationships with potential partners and explore new business opportunities through travel to different cities in the region.
  3. Your pipeline management skills will ensure that all leads are effectively pursued and prioritized.
  4. You will work closely with our Key Account Managers to provide support to partners and help them achieve success through their partnership with TN Sweden.
  5. You will analyze sales metrics to gain insights into our performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in B2B sales or B2C restaurant sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proficiency in using data insights to inform business decisions and drive results.
  • Able to work independently and manage your own pipeline, while also collaborating with our team to achieve shared goals.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
