Job Description
The Sales & Business Development Engineer, Nordics plays a crucial role in the commercial development of Mobile Water Solutions activities and brand awareness in the Nordics region.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the Nordics region.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and submit proposals to clients, working closely with the process experts to ensure technical accuracy.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices and terms with clients, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
- Masters degree or Engineering degree with relevant working experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development in the water treatment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
