About the Role

The Sales & Business Development Engineer, Nordics is responsible for driving commercial growth and brand awareness in the Nordics region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. New Market Identification: Identify and explore new markets or fields of opportunities for business growth.
  2. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  3. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit proposals to clients, working closely with process experts to ensure technical accuracy.
  4. Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate prices and terms with clients, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Masters degree or Engineering degree with relevant working experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development in the water treatment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
