
Business Development Manager

TN Sweden is a leading food delivery platform that aims to increase the selection and offerings on its platform by building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Job DescriptionThis role is critical in driving revenue growth for TN Sweden and expanding its customer base in the region. The purpose of this role is to identify, acquire and build relationships with potential partners across three key segments: Restaurants, small shops, and larger retail stores.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within these core segments.
- They will travel to different cities in the region to build relationships with potential partners and explore new business opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent pipeline management skills, ensuring that all leads are effectively pursued and prioritized.
- They will collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure that partners receive the support they need to be happy and successful through their partnership with TN Sweden.
- Analyzing sales metrics to gain insights into performance and identify areas for improvement will also be a key responsibility.
- A successful track record in B2B sales or B2C restaurant sales is essential.
- The ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market is crucial.
- Proficiency in using data insights to ensure strategically intended venue selection on the TN Sweden platform is required.
- Independent pipeline management and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets are key expectations.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English is necessary for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
