We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at TN Sweden. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers in the Gothenburg region.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within our target customer base.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain long-lasting connections with our valued customers, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: Collaborate closely with our leadership to devise effective strategies, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled support and expertise.
  • Sales Growth: Work alongside our Sales Manager and Marketing team to identify opportunities and drive sales growth within our target customer base.

Measuring Success:

Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth, improved service quality, and increased efficiency in our interactions with customers. You'll be responsible for taking ownership of your designated area, working closely with customers to deliver results that benefit our patients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in medical device sales, preferably with orthopaedic products.
  • Theatre experience – either through clinical sales or a prior clinical (non-sales) role is advantageous.
  • Ability to develop value-based business proposals for key target customers, meeting in-year sales revenue targets.
  • Experience with account planning, identifying emerging trends and market movements within your territory.
  • Full driving license.

Travel Requirements: Approximately 80% travel locally within the territory, with up to 10% involving overnight stays.
