About this Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in the Nordic region. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Key Account Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with Away From Home direct accounts, including pricing and investments.
  2. Business Development: Identify new customers and expand market reach through the development of innovative solutions.
  3. Strategic Planning: Create and execute yearly direct channel strategies, including customer investments and plans.
  4. Sales Performance: Track and report sales performance, ensuring key KPIs are met, and conduct forecasting and demand planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • +5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in Grocery/FMCG Foodservice.
  • Fluent Swedish and English skills.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and result-driven skills.
  • Able to simplify complex challenges and provide simple solutions.
