We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager to reinforce our Institutional Sales team in Norway and Poland. The successful candidate will be accountable for driving revenue growth within assigned territories, leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities with key stakeholders.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a talented team, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, Nordics & Eastern Europe.
Main Responsibilities:- Territory Expansion: Drive revenue growth by cultivating new business opportunities with key prospects and strategic verticals;
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level contacts across multiple accounts and functions;
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute sales initiatives tailored to each territory's unique needs;
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve;
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues from various departments to achieve collective goals and objectives;
- Customer Feedback and Market Analysis: Actively gather and share valuable insights regarding customer needs, preferences, and market developments with the organization;
- Regional Growth: Contribute to the overall growth and development of our business in Norway and Poland.
