We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Software Sales Leader to join our team in the Nordics. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.

About the Role

This position requires a strategic sales leader who can guide and inspire sales teams with high targets. The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as an executive sponsor.

  • Improve sales of the entire ADSK solution to end customers, including Software, Subscription, Consulting, and Support.
  • Provide input to senior management on Strategic Planning for named accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the activities of the sales team, including hiring, coaching talent, team culture, and performance management.
