
Enterprise Software Sales Leader

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be part of our customer engagement approach and help develop executive relationships and negotiate renewals. This position requires a strong understanding of business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries globally and in Europe.
About the TeamYou will report directly to the Senior Director of Nordics & Central Named Accounts and lead a team of experienced Named Account Sales Executives. The team is responsible for guiding growth with our largest enterprise customers headquartered in the Nordics.
- Engage and inspire team members to look at near and long-term visions of the accounts by formulating appropriate account strategy.
- Manage your team performance, develop and retain talent, and coach your team on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, as well as a deep understanding of Autodesk technologies and their benefits to customers.
