The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategies, and managing sales teams. You will work closely with our leadership team to define and execute sales strategies, and you will be responsible for ensuring excellent Salesforce hygiene and managing productivity and quality.

Additionally, you will develop and coach account management strategies and tactics to drive growth. A strong focus on process improvements and recommendations that make the team more efficient is also required.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in building, developing, growing, and managing account management and new business sales teams. Proficiency in CRM, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is critical, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and sales metrics.

  • This role requires experience in developing and coaching account management strategies and tactics that drive growth.
  • Demonstrable track record in delivering targets and consistent accuracy in short-, medium-, and long-term forecasting is required.
