Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance the overall sales experience and drive efficiency.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with senior-level customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B software sales with a focus on enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
