
Nordic Away From Home Market Specialist

About this Role
We are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to join our Nordic HQ in central Stockholm. In this position, you will work in high performing team alongside peers always trying to reach next level and report to Head of Away From Home.
Your Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Relationship Building:
- Drive business growth by transitioning from distributor to hybrid GTM model
- Lead Away From Home direct accounts, including pricing and investments
- Foster new customer acquisition to expand market reach
- Maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring retention and satisfaction
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement yearly direct channel strategy including customer investments and plans
- Contribute to long-term channel strategy to take Nordics business to next level
- Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor and report sales performance ensuring key KPIs are met
- Conduct forecasting and demand planning to ensure smooth supply chain
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Sales, Business Administration or Marketing. Master's degree considered as plus
- +5 years' experience in similar/relevant position in Key Account Management. Experience from Grocery/FMCG Foodservice is plus
- Other skills: MS Office
- Languages: Fluent Swedish and fluent English skills
