Job Overview

Kraft Heinz is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Development Lead to join our team in the Nordic region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Away From Home direct accounts, including pricing and investments.
  3. Strategy Development: Create and execute yearly direct channel strategies, including customer investments and plans.
  4. Sales Performance: Track and report sales performance, ensuring key KPIs are met, and conduct forecasting and demand planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • +5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in Grocery/FMCG Foodservice.
  • Fluent Swedish and English skills.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and result-driven skills.
  • Able to simplify complex challenges and provide simple solutions.
