Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our Emergency Care and Public business in the Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving commercial success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive financial forecasting and demand planning with partners.
  • Channel customer feedback into business improvements.
  • Ensure consistent customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Represent Philips Home and Public portfolio in industry events and forums.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activity, and develop response plans.
  • Develop and structure strategic deals with partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of commercial experience in the healthcare industry.
  • A strong track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Proven experience in working with partners and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Solid experience in developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, with additional Nordic languages a plus.
