About the Role

This position requires a self-starter mentality, a passion for building new customer relationships, and a focus on delivering results for Philips and our customers. As a Sales Leader, you will lead and manage a team of front-line sellers to drive sales growth in Northern and Eastern Europe zones and countries.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing Enterprise Informatics Sales across multiple zones and leading and managing a team of front-line sellers.
  2. Developing and executing regional sales strategies by understanding Business Unit plans and collaborating with Health Systems stakeholders.
  3. Enabling meaningful customer partnerships by developing a deep understanding of Philips Enterprise Informatics portfolio products.
  4. Promoting Informatics presence in the marketplace and collaborating with Zone/District leaders from Philips modalities to implement co-selling initiatives.
