The Opportunity
We are seeking a Commercial Lead to drive the growth and success of our Home and Public business in the Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive commercial success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Drive financial forecasting and demand planning with partners.
- Channel customer feedback into business improvements.
- Ensure consistent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Represent Philips Home and Public portfolio in industry events and forums.
- Identify market trends and competitor activity, and develop response plans.
- Develop and structure strategic deals with partners.
- Collaborate with the Home and Public leader Europe to develop business plans and achieve financial objectives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial experience in the healthcare industry.
- A strong track record of achieving business objectives.
- Proven experience in working with partners and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Solid experience in developing and executing strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, with additional Nordic languages a plus.
