Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Consultant to join our Strategic Account Services (SAS) team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth for our Sellers by developing and implementing strategic plans.

As an Ecommerce Consultant, you will work closely with our Sellers to identify opportunities derived from the Amazon marketplace and provide actionable insights to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of Sellers, providing guidance on operational challenges, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans.

  1. Main Responsibilities: Develop individual strategies for a portfolio of Sellers, manage timelines, expectations, and owning communications, run business analyses, and provide consultancy services.
  2. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills, fluency in at least one language, preferably work experience in top-tier level consulting, key account management, advertising sales, B2B, digital retail / ecommerce, business development, digital marketing, brand management, or supply chain management.
  3. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Account management and paid services experience is preferred.
