We are seeking an experienced Head of Seller Recruitment and Management to join our Swedish team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving financial objectives, and identifying opportunities to improve the marketplace business. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, with a focus on developing and implementing scalable solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities.
  • Lead a team of Account Managers to deliver on financial goals for Seller Recruitment and Seller Account Management.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related degree required; post-graduate education is recommended.
  • 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or sales management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
