The RoleWe are seeking a Business Developer to join our Data-Driven Sales team in Stockholm. As a Business Developer, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, challenge and prioritize initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment in the Mobility vertical.
Your MissionYou will act as the connector between our team, the CRM team, BI team with the main sales stakeholders of the Mobility vertical. You will regularly meet with Chief Sales Officers, sales managers, and directors to discuss priorities and business needs across verticals.
You will receive requests from sales teams, evaluate their impact, and ensure the right priorities are addressed. You will be responsible for making strategic decisions on which initiatives to pursue, whether they come from internal insights or collaboration with sales teams.
You will gather resources from our team, CRM, and BI, ensuring alignment across these departments while setting key results, planning sprints, and overseeing retrospectives when needed.
