About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for an International Account Manager to join our EU Expansion Team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and launching online sellers on Amazon's marketplace and helping them expand and grow their businesses by partnering with us.

Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Developing long-term relationships with partners and supporting them in integrating their offers.Achieving business and financial objectives and driving the growth of Amazon's third-party business in selected categories.Identifying opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and managing the roll-out of these solutions.Sharing learnings with your global counterparts (EU, US, and Asia teams) to drive best practices and identify new opportunities.

Requirements
For this role, we're looking for someone with:

Proven track record of success in sales or key account management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and make decisions quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, it would be beneficial if you had:

Experience in retail and/or a technology/eCommerce business.Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.Fluency in multiple languages, including English and one or more additional languages spoken in the EU.
