Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at FitForMe. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate agreements that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate agreements and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a business development role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
