Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Support a team of Product Managers in delivering strong results, providing mentorship, and fostering growth and autonomy.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery of cross-domain projects.
  • Innovation: Encourage experimentation and data-driven decision-making, balancing finding optimal solutions with iterative and incremental shipping of impactful outcomes.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate the domain strategy and product vision, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Talent Development: Help attract and retain top talent, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong foundation in product management, a passion for consumer experience, and a track record of building and leading successful teams.

  • Experience: Extensive experience in product management, particularly in consumer-facing experiences at scale.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, including hiring and nurturing top talent.
  • Domain Expertise: Background in mature product cultures with cross-functional teams. Experience in marketplaces and AI/personalization is a plus.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to set a clear direction, build consensus, and inspire others to follow it.
