Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of our seller onboarding experience, driving strategic decision-making, collaboration, and problem-solving to achieve outstanding results.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, long-term goals, and effective go-to-market plans, leveraging customer insights and data to optimize the user journey and personalize communication.

You'll inspire and guide your team to challenge assumptions, prioritize effectively, and collaborate seamlessly across departments, embracing feedback as a tool for growth and refinement.

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Hemnet's overall objectives.
  • Leverage data-driven approaches to inform decision-making, optimize user journeys, and improve conversions.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including tech, UX, analytics, and other teams, to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement, embracing feedback and refining processes to drive excellence.
