
Product Manager for Seller Growth Initiatives

What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in driving the strategy and execution of our seller onboarding experience, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to balance the needs of our users, the business, and the product.
Your main focus will be to ensure users get a smooth onboarding experience when choosing to list on Hemnet. The work involves improving the user journey, personalizing communication, and optimizing conversion in the different steps.
- Define the product vision and long-term goals, aligning with Hemnet's overall objectives.
- Work with tech, UX, analytics, and other stakeholders to integrate strategies and deliver successful go-to-market plans.
- Leverage customer insights and data to refine and personalize the seller flows and funnels through discovery, testing, and iterative improvements.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to challenge assumptions, prioritize effectively, and collaborate seamlessly across departments.
- Navigate ambiguity with adaptive communication and decisive action, ensuring impactful and clear outcomes.
