Job Description

We're seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our seller onboarding experience. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance the needs of our users, the business, and the product—ensuring a superior experience for hundreds of thousands of sellers every year.

Your main focus will be to ensure users get a smooth onboarding experience when choosing to list on Hemnet. The work involves improving the user journey, personalizing communication, and optimizing conversion in the different steps.

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the product vision and long-term goals, aligning with Hemnet's overall objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with tech, UX, analytics, and other stakeholders to integrate strategies and deliver successful go-to-market plans.
  • Customer Focus: Leverage customer insights and data to refine and personalize the seller flows and funnels through discovery, testing, and iterative improvements.
  • Team Empowerment: Inspire and guide your team to challenge assumptions, prioritize effectively, and collaborate seamlessly across departments.
  • Problem Solving: Navigate ambiguity with adaptive communication and decisive action, ensuring impactful and clear outcomes.
