Technical Expertise and Business Analysis

As a Tech Partner, Stockholm, you'll play a crucial role in enabling technology across our Northern Europe Digital & Tech Business Unit. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of tech global initiatives and adoption of tech products.

Your responsibilities will include supporting operational effectiveness within the market by acting as an escalation point for operational issues and collaborating with the Service Assurance team. You'll also support portfolio management activities, defining problem statements, and involving relevant stakeholders to deliver business cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with BU Tech and key BU/Market business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of Tech global initiatives and adoption of tech products.
  • Deliver project/product business analyses and necessary activities for building Business Case and global funding artefacts.
  • Define problem statements and involve proper Tech and non-Tech stakeholders, specialists, and Business Consultants to deliver Business Cases.
  • Apply global tech portfolio and standards to define problem statements and involve proper Tech and non-Tech stakeholders, external partners to deliver Business Cases, control budget, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Break down complex processes into manageable representations that facilitate strategic discussion and decision-making.
  • Deliver operational support services for both global and local application portfolios and manage relations with global tech product teams and external partners.
