Sales Leader for Northern and Eastern Europe

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team in Stockholm. As a Zone Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Northern and Eastern Europe zones and countries. You will lead and manage a team of front-line sellers in fostering strong customer relationships by seeking a deep understanding of customer needs and effectively demonstrating the Enterprise Informatics portfolio value proposition to address those needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing account plans, managing software sales funnels, and delivering commercial targets. They will also have experience managing a team of front-line sellers, monitoring individual performance against targets, and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, they will have a self-starter mentality, a passion for building new customer relationships, and a focus on delivering results for Philips and our customers.
