Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Scaled Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success and long-term happiness of our customers in the Small & Medium Business Segment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Renewal Management: Manage the renewal process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Segmentation & Communication: Implement scalable communication strategies using digital tools for a personalized touch.
- Escalation & Solution Management: Address challenges proactively, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer experiences.
- Customer Meetings & Strategy: Conduct meetings on key topics like renewals and feedback.
- Communication & Support: Partner with the Digital Success Manager to create engaging content and adjust strategies based on customer trends.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS, HR, recruiting, or project management.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Swedish (other languages are a plus).
