
Group Commercial Lead

We are seeking an experienced Group Commercial Lead to join our team at Talga Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and ensure financial sustainability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance commercial efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial plans and forecasts to support business growth
- Analyzing business performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive commercial efficiency and effectiveness
- Providing expert advice on commercial matters to senior management and stakeholders
- Leading commercial negotiations and managing commercial relationships with suppliers and customers
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, including experience in financial planning, analysis, and negotiation. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, with a master's degree or MBA being highly advantageous.
