The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Commercial Manager to oversee our commercial strategy across various business units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Group strategy for business growth.
  • Development and ownership of long-term financial planning and analysis in support of approved Group strategy.
  • Financial modelling to assess the viability of projects and opportunities.
  • Analysing business performance, including profitability, revenue, pricing, and cost of goods sold.
  • Driving efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget.
  • Managing commercial agreements, including MoUs, LOIs, and working with stakeholders to analyze and manage commercial elements.
  • Providing pricing analysis to guide offtake discussions and develop pricing tools and templates.
  • Solving commercial issues that may arise, ensuring stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations.
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing teams to build and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of commercial management experience in a multi-business or group environment.
  • Strong financial background, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-value contracts, negotiations, and leading teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA highly advantageous.
