At Implement Consulting Group, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Partner to join our Operations Strategy team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth, expand our client base, and deliver high-impact projects for our clients in the Nordic market.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in management consulting with a focus on supply chain and operations strategy. They will lead and execute supply chain and operations strategy projects for our clients, delivering tangible and sustainable results that meet their business goals.

We are looking for someone with expertise in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or operations, with a deep understanding of best practice and industry trends. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in at least one Nordic language is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and expand business in the Swedish market. A strong commercial network in the Swedish market is also essential.
