Are you a commercially astute and analytical professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the FMCG industry? We're seeking a Commercial Analyst Lead to join our Customer Success team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing business solutions and analyses, presenting insights and recommendations to clients, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead business solution development and analysis, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and identify new opportunities.
  3. Provide exceptional client support through data platform and analytical services.
  4. Identify and generate sales leads through in-depth knowledge of client businesses.
  5. Train clients on NIQ's cloud-based data platform, Discover, to enhance tool understanding and usage.
  6. Contribute to building a positive team culture in our Nordic office.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.

Qualifications
  1. A commercial degree in Economics with proven academic results.
  2. 2-3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on business analysis.
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as advanced business English skills.
  4. Experience conducting presentations and good communication skills.
