Job Description:

As a Commercial Manager at Paradox Interactive, your mission will be to work towards a state where every game title is commercially optimized at every point of its lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with game teams to execute on commercial initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation. You will also conduct regular pricing analysis and monitor market dynamics to optimize product pricing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or other relevant fields

  • 2+ years experience of working as an Analyst, Commercial/Pricing Manager, Risk Management or similar

  • Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to develop models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making

  • Experience from working with big data sets

  • Ability to build business cases

  • An interest in the games industry
