About the Role

As Senior Partnership Manager at Luminar Ventures AB, you will be responsible for driving growth by forming strategic partnerships with banks, accounting platforms, and ERP providers. You will work closely with our CEO Baltsar and Head of Partnership Johannes to oversee the entire partnership cycle.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with our company's goals.
  • Develop and execute partnerships go-to-market distribution plans.
  • Drive inbound leads through partnerships and optimize performance.
  • Enhance commercial outcomes and cultivate strong relationships for mutual success.
  • Stay informed on banking and financial technology trends and share insights for internal strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth-focused roles within the banking sector, fintech industry, or related high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial success through partnerships and sales activities.
  • Deep understanding of bank systems, operations, and partnership structures.
  • Highly data-driven, with advanced Excel and business modeling skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and effective negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English is essential.
