Hormona is a groundbreaking women's health company focused on delivering innovative hormone tracking technology and expert education. Our mission is to empower women to take control of their individual cycles and hormone health, addressing the unique needs of each woman across all ages.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth into the employee benefits and insurance sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of the corporate wellness landscape, including health insurance offerings and HR decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative selling, forging partnerships, and demonstrating value to HR leaders, benefits providers, and insurers. They will be passionate about creating meaningful health solutions for organisations and their employees, with a strong focus on closing deals.
This position will involve positioning Hormona as a leading solution in employee wellness programs and health insurance offerings. The successful candidate will identify, engage, and close opportunities with employers, insurance providers, and benefits platforms to integrate Hormona into their health and wellness packages.
Main Objectives:
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to integrate Hormona into employee benefits and health insurance programs.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Identify and engage potential clients, including employers, insurance companies, researchers, benefits brokers, and wellness platforms.
- Stay Ahead: Stay updated on trends in employee wellness, benefits technology, and health insurance to identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine offerings and ensure seamless implementation for clients.
- Meet Targets: Set and track sales KPIs, reporting on progress to leadership and refining strategies to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales or business development, ideally focusing on employee benefits, health insurance, or corporate wellness solutions.
- Demonstrated success in building partnerships with employers, insurers, or benefits platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the employee benefits landscape, including wellness programs, insurance offerings, and HR decision-making processes.
- Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to diverse client needs.
- Familiarity with sales and CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
