Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support

- Serve as 2nd line support to our partners
- Enhance customer satisfaction through process improvements
- Take ownership of your work and contribute to process development
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or technical customer support within the SaaS industry
- Background in Bank or Fintech industry
- Keen interest in technology
- Excellent teamwork skills
