By positioning RSGROUP as the preferred supplier, you will support customers in achieving their goals while driving mutual success across multiple product categories.

Key responsibilities include creating and delivering growth-focused plans that drive sales, gross margin, and profit targets across the customer portfolio. You will engage directly with customers through face-to-face and virtual interactions to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions. Develop long-term partnerships by collaborating with internal sales teams, strategic suppliers, and support functions. Utilize tools like Salesforce to gather insights, ensure data accuracy, and maintain customer confidentiality.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working in a similar position, preferably within a multi-channel B2B environment. Strong industry knowledge and awareness, particularly in MRO, OEM, and mechanical, electronic products, are essential. Fluency in Swedish and communicative English are also required. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing your customer portfolio and dedicating most of your time to customer-facing activities.
