We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Specialist to lead strategical and tactical initiatives in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Key Partners in the Industrial Distribution segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and manage profitability of Key Accounts.
  • Implement European segment strategy at Key Partners.
  • Collaborate with Key Partners to plan, agree, and follow through on annual action plans.
  • Lead strategic development of Key Accounts by setting sales, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage sales pipelines.
Requirements:

A strong understanding of marketing principles and experience working with distributors are essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation skills, digital proficiency, and language skills in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and English.
