We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Compensation Expert to join our team at TN Sweden. This role will involve driving business growth through effective client acquisition, portfolio management, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Clients Acquisition and Portfolio Management: Utilize your commercial acumen to identify new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  2. Talent Development and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  3. Compensation Strategy and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree in Management, Economics, or related field
  • At least 5 years of consultative client-facing experience
  • Excellent command of English and Swedish languages
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
