Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with business objectives, focusing on commercial property marketing.
  • Drive integrated marketing excellence by leveraging digital channels, performance marketing, and brand storytelling to create cohesive customer experiences.
  • Champion brand evolution by refining and evolving Hemnet's brand strategy, ensuring market differentiation and strong brand loyalty.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team and across the Hemnet organisation.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive (10 years+) experience in senior marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  2. Deep expertise in commercial property marketing, digital marketing, brand management, and performance marketing within a competitive landscape.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  4. Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a focus on measuring and optimizing marketing effectiveness.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
