TN Sweden is a dynamic airline looking for a Commercial Director to lead our Northern Europe Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Leisure sales team by defining strategies to maintain and increase sales through commercial actions and partnerships. They will analyze sales data and use business- and market intelligence to drive and maximize leisure revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, proven ability to manage, motivate and mentor a cross-border team.

Key responsibilities include driving, structuring and implementing sales plans to optimize QR's revenue and presence in the market. The successful person will formulate and implement B2B strategies with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing accounts and drive revenue streams from new business.

They will negotiate partner incentive agreements and develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with them. The candidate should also work effectively with Sales Force, Tableau and Excel.
