About the Job

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our team at MTRecruit AB. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving upselling in Stockholm.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build trust-based, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs.

What We Offer

We offer a fixed salary with commission and great benefits. You will work regular office hours (Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00), with the possibility of flexible hours. Our office is centrally located at Odenplan in Stockholm, with easy access to services and transportation, and you'll have the option to work remotely a couple of days per week.
