About this role

This key position as a Regional Sales Manager plays a significant part in our retail organization. Electrolux Home operates in two main areas: a 'shop-in-shop' concept with 60 locations and a franchise organization with approximately 30 stores across Sweden.

You will oversee franchises and shop-in-shops in northern Sweden working closely with both franchisees and store owners to ensure they adhere to company guidelines meet sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Your primary goal is to help guide and support our franchisees in succeeding in an ever-changing retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive profitability on Electrolux brands within Home & Shop for all partners.
  2. Act as the main contact for franchisees in your region providing coaching and advisory services to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources.
  3. Serve as a support and advisor to franchisees and store staff during store layout changes campaigns and remodels/new store openings.
  4. Build strong relationships with franchisees by developing close partnerships and fully understanding their needs.
  5. Create tailored product ranges to optimize commercial offers driving sales and profitability.
  6. Monitor competition analyze insights and optimize range width and depth in line with concepts and market potential.
