Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Control Manager to join our team at TN Sweden. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving our commission model and process.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Commission Model Development: You will be responsible for actively driving and improving our commission model and process, as well as communicating with stakeholders.
  2. Commercial Planning: In this role, you will work closely with sales teams to set commercial targets and quotas, and plan commission schemes for different markets.
  3. Team Leadership: This position also entails management responsibility of one colleague within the team, so we are looking for someone with demonstrated leadership experience.
Key Requirements
  • Analytical Skills: You should be analytical and able to build structure and execute a rule-based commission system.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential to anchor, explain, and convince stakeholders effectively.
  • Academic Background: Academic background in finance, business administration, or industrial economics is required.
  • Work Experience: The ideal candidate has 5+ years of work experience in sales controlling or management consulting, with extensive experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
