Country Sales Director

EF Education First Gruppe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to drive growth in the Swiss market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategic plans, and implementing tactics to achieve business objectives. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership ability, this individual will assume a key role in shaping the future of our company.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth. They will also have a deep understanding of the education/study abroad market in Ticino and be able to develop effective strategies to tap into this potential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, executing, and supporting short and long-term sales goals in the Swiss Italian market.
- Understanding and beating previous year's sales accomplishments.
- Staying up-to-date on current sales trends in the market and thinking 5 steps ahead.
- Overall responsibility for coordinating day-to-day sales activities.
- Analysis of the sales situation, the current market, and competitors.
- Developing sales and marketing strategies and implementing and evaluating tactics.
- Contributing to the development of dedicated products under their responsibility.
Operations
- Responsibility for controlling and monitoring budgets and ensuring effective expense planning and cost controls.
- Building new relationships and maintaining existing ones with schools and universities.
- Managing time for local administrative work, such as invoicing, visa preparation, marketing material distributions, etc.
