Nordic Business Development Manager

Rantalainen Group is a leading accounting and payroll services provider in the Nordics, operating in over 100 locations across Finland, Sweden, and Norway. We support businesses of all sizes with financial management, payroll, HR, and corporate taxation services.
We are seeking a Business Controller to join our team and support our operations in Finland, Sweden, and Norway. In this role, you will contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in month-end reporting and financial result analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide important business support through various financial analyses and investigations
- Contribute to M&A activities with related calculations
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in business controlling
- Excellent Excel skills and a relevant educational background such as an MSc in Economics or Finance
- Experience in M&A activities or familiarity with system projects and BI applications is an advantage
