Business Development Director for Nordic Markets

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to spearhead our expansion into the Nordic markets. As Key Account Manager for Nordics, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients across the region.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting clients' evolving needs.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to continuously enhance service delivery.
- Industry Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing clients with valuable insights and positioning them for success.
- Proven Leadership: Proven leadership skills.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills in English.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).
- Industry Experience: At least a decade of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the technology industry (very large global system integrators) with a strong focus on Nordics and the EU markets.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales acumen, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
