We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Business Development in the Nordics to lead our business development efforts in the region. As a seasoned business development professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining key client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nordic markets, developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  2. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and ensure seamless delivery of our solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Business Development: Proven business development skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).
  • Industry Experience: At least a decade of proven experience in business development or a similar client-facing role within the technology industry (very large global system integrators) with a strong focus on Nordics and the EU markets.
  • Sales Performance: Strong sales performance, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
