This Senior Sales Director position offers a unique opportunity to lead a sales team and develop and implement comprehensive member acquisition strategies that align with the company's objectives and target markets. This includes leveraging data and analytics to track, measure, and analyze member acquisition and revenue expansion efforts' effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a sales team of two Team Leaders, Account Managers, and Account Executives located in Gothenburg, Europe, and in the US.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize member segmentation, account targeting, routes to market, and ultimately achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute plans to maximize sales and revenue growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of combined Sales experience, including 5+ years of experience managing sales teams in an Enterprise SaaS company.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills to discern member needs and address objections effectively.
  • Driven, hard-working with high standards for self and others; have a positive mindset, from integrity to reliability to general kindness toward people.
