We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as Head of Named Accounts Sales in Sweden. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for guiding growth with our largest enterprise customers headquartered in Sweden.

You will lead a team of experienced sales executives who are passionate about driving business growth and exceeding customer expectations. Our team is known for its collaborative approach, innovative thinking, and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the Swedish market.
- Lead a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve assigned targets and objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the Swedish market.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with Autodesk products and services, with a strong understanding of their applications in driving business outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
